I haven’t done stats in while, and even though I’m bloated AF (PMDD for the win) I sucked up my fears and did it anyway.
Weight: 119.5lbs
Body Fat (3 place caliper): 15%
My body weight has gone up 2lbs but my body fat % has stayed the same.. I’m pretty happy with that! Not as good as I had hoped for, but my cut is still a work in progress.

Not gonna fret it cuz I gained muscle in my arms. But still a ittle disappointing..
This week:
- 20min cardio in the morning, 20 after school+weights
- Cut out all sugar (besides fruit)
- Eat regular pb
- Weigh all food/make more portions
- 8 small meals a day
- Do more yoga
- Run more
If I can lose 0.5-1in total of fat by next saturday, I’ll buy myself this mascara that I’ve wanted for foreverrr.

Lost some muscle, but also lost 0.5in on my hips!
So far I’m enjoying the cutting.. the muscle losing is iffy, but I’m doing a lot of cardio so it’s a bit understandable. Otherwise happy:) xo
I lost alot of weight last month and have been trying to put it back on, so I’m a bit ashamed of my stats but I want to post this kinda as a way to start over again.

Kinda weird.. but happy:) I never posted my stats from 3/27, but comparing now to then, my waist and hips got smaller by 1/2in, my calf got bigger by 1/2in, and I gained 1.5lb (I havent used the bathroom yet so it’s probably 1/2lb less).
So basically, with one week of Insanity, working out, and eating healthy, I’m already seeing results, even though they’re small! My weight doesn’t bother me.. I like weighing close to 120 because I finally have curves.. I honestly don’t remember the last time I had curves. I like it:)

I really don’t know what to think of this. I gained 7lbs, my waist got smaller by .5in, my hips got smaller by 3.5in, my arms increased by .5in and my thighs increased by 3.5in.
Guess it’s good in a way. Wish my thinghs didn’t blow up but I’ll be more happy about this later.
