Left bicep: 10.5in
Right bicep: 10.5in
I really don’t know what to think of this. I gained 7lbs, my waist got smaller by .5in, my hips got smaller by 3.5in, my arms increased by .5in and my thighs increased by 3.5in.
Guess it’s good in a way. Wish my thinghs didn’t blow up but I’ll be more happy about this later.
