Oh, well I’ve always just combined them.. thanks hunn! xo
You can kiss my fabulous, hard as steel (well getting there), ass. ^_^
Amen xo
I actually failed mine a few times because I never studied.. so just study! The packet is online. It’s around 50ish pages, but totally worth reading! Read it, highlight important notes, take the practice tests, and you should be all set:) Again all you really need to do is study the packet! xo
Dont woryr about it love! I totally understand.
It started out as bullimia, and then after reading magazines and articles and diet plas about eating less calories in order to lose weight, I decided to try it. It got down to anarexia, but because I wasn’t feeding myself I would bige every once in awhile which always led to a purge, and then another day of not eating.
I did go back from anarexia to bullimia, but they were basically intertwined with eachother. Does that make sense/help? xo
In your ask beautiful xo
Just wated to apologize for not being on here in a few days.
I had my SAT saturday, so I was cramming for it all last week, and then I was out all weekend raising money for my Relay group and then later hanging out with friends.
I hope everyone had an amazing and healthy weekend! I want to post my intake from yesterday because I am so incredibly proud of myself, and thought I woud share it with you all:)
Love you! xo Ariana
The inertia effect is what I call the phenomenon when someone really wants to lose weight but won’t get themselves started on the process. For you fellow physics nerds, you know inertia is the tendency of an object to resist change in motion. sound familiar?
How to overcome it:
-Pay for…
I already did love! You can look under my “me” tab, it should be there:) It’s on my right ankle and is about the size of my finger nail. My parent’s do not know about it, and witch the exception of everyone on tumblr and two friends, no one knows about it.
If your parent’s are really against tattoos and piercings, wait till you are 18. Then you’re legally allowed to do whatever you want with your body. Even if you get one, you’re parent’s opinion about you isn’t going to change. I say do what you want xo
Thank god! I got shit about it once and so I’ve always been on the edge about telling people that it’s self done. And thank you:) I did it the day I was released from therapy, so the tattoo really has so much more meaning to me xo
Don’t hate but it’s a self-done tattoo. My friend helped me do it.
Looking back, it was probably an extremely stupid and dangerous decision to do it myself, but I have no regrets. I love it and it’s perfect xo
A triangle with an arch above it.
When I was in therapy, Jane (my therapist) would always tell me that recovery was like trying to hike over a mountain that was turned upside down; it looks nearly impossible, but if you have the right attitude and don’t give up when you fail, you can get over it.
So it’s to symbolize my successful hike over an upside down mountain xo
