This is more like a bulking/gaining weight intake rather than a cutting intake. But it’s just one day so I’m not gonna sweat it. Starting again tomorrow!
Meal one (pre workout): 1 Wasa cracker light rye, 1 1/2 tsp WF chocolate pb
Meal two (post cardio): 1/2 cup Mcmann’s steel cut oats, 1tbsp natural honey, Omelette with 1/2cup Egg Beaters whites and 1oz chicken thigh meat, 1 banana
Meal three: Sweet sweet trail mix, sip of a blueberry-banana-spinach smoothie
Meal four: Whole wheat pits with 1tbsp WF chocolate pb, 1cup Kix cereal, 1 banana, more watermelon then I can count
Meal five: Salad with 2oz edamame, shredded carrot, zucchini, a little bit of feta, balsamic dressing, a billion servings of my sweet sweet trail mix, 1oz chicken thigh meat
Meal six: Pink lady apple, 2cups Cheerios apple cinnamon
This means alot.. I really hope I can inspire people with everything I’ve done and everything I’m doing now. Thank you xo
Hardly ran around at work today (100 degrees outside.. I almost passed out just walking to the field), and then I biged on trail mix.
I guess you could say I ”failed” the cutting diet I just started, but I believe my little binge is just a “trip” instead of a complete “fall”. I tripped over my own two feet and fell on the ground, only to stand back up, rub the dirt off my knees, and continue on.
I can do this. xo

Eh yeah I guess.. I eat alot of carbs for breakfast after morning cardio and then throughout the day my carbs come from a little bit of grains and alot of veggies and fruit. If you do alot of cardio, eat your carbs! But make sure its whole grain, ezekiel, or oats instead of white flour products.

Haha np love! It depends.. I do 20min of cardio first thing in the morning, and then I do 10-20min cardio in the afternoon with around 30-40min of weights. Plus, most weeks in the summer I’m working camps so I’m running around all day xo

Honestly my cutting routine is just one I made up by taking ideas from bodybuilding.com
If you want to keep your muscle but work on burning off fat and leaning out, try a cutting routine. If you want to increase your muscle mass, follow a bulking routine.
