Just got back home from dinner with the boyfriendd

We went do to The Pantry (the local health market) to grab something to eat because they have a small counter where they make salads for you, so I got one and Carter got a sandwhich. There are tables inside but it was too crowded inside to sit down and eat so we ended up eating in his car haha.

So my salad was sooo good oh god it was amazing. It was mixed greens, red kidney beans, onions, chicken breast, roasted red peppers, baby corn, and light italian dressing. I also got a chocolate chip cookie because they have the best bakery there :)

Intake 2/28

Breakfast: Baked oatmeal with 1/2 banana and 3tbsp vanilla chobani, 1/3cup Egg Beaters egg whites

Snack: Luna chocolate rasberry

Lunch: 5oz chicken breast, 1/2cup grilled broccoli, 2tbsp brown rice, 1tbsp butternut squash pasta sauce

Snack: 1cup Kashi go lean fiber cereal, 1/2cup skim milk

Dinner: If my mom is not cooking dinner, then 4oz Tillapia, 2oz cauliflower, 2oz eggplant
